'Welcome, this is my first time in Korea' Bilpu Daegu Angel Galbijjim Visit 어서와 한국은 처음이지 빌푸 방문 대구 천사갈비찜

I went on a trip to Daegu, and while looking for something to eat for dinner, I visited a steamed rib restaurant that Bilfu from Finland ate in MBC variety show 'Welcome to Korea'. This is Cheonjeon Galbijjim located in Daegu.

대구로 여행을 왔는데요, 저녁으로 뭘 먹을까 찾아보다 MBC 예능 '어서와 한국은 처음이지'에서 핀란드에서 온 빌푸가 먹은 찜갈비집을 방문했습니다. 대구에 소재한 천사갈비찜입니다.

At first, I went to the place before the move and made a mistake. It is not Waryong-ro 30, but Haksan-ro 176.

처음에는 이전하기 전 장소를 갔다가 허탕을 쳤었습니다. 와룡로 30이 아니라 학산로 176이 맞습니다.

We ordered three bowls of steamed rice for three servings of Spicy Galbijjim. Galbijjim was 11,000 won per person.

매운갈비찜 3인분에 공기밥을 세 개 주문했습니다. 갈비찜은 1인분에 11,000원이었습니다. 

I think I waited for about 10 minutes, but the hearty bone-in spicy braised short ribs came out. Side dishes included cool bean sprout soup, radish wraps, perilla leaves, bean sprouts, and seaweed powder. The visuals were great, and the meat fell off the bone, making it easy to eat.

십분 정도 기다린 거 같은데 푸짐하게 뼈에 붙은 매운갈비찜이 나왔습니다. 반찬은 시원한 콩나물국과 쌈무, 깻잎, 콩나물, 김가루가 나왔습니다. 비주얼이 대단했는데요, 뼈에서 살코기가 쏙 빠져서 먹기 편했습니다.

It seemed like there was a lot of garlic in it, and the taste was spicy and strong. The spicy level was similar to Shin Ramyun or a little less spicy, so most people could easily eat it. If you can't eat spicy food, you can order soy sauce Galbijjim.

마늘이 많이 들어간 거 같았는데요, 그만큼 맛은 매콤하면서 진했습니다. 맵기는 신라면하고 비슷하거나 조금 덜 매운 정도여서 왠만한 사람은 쉽게 먹을 수 있을 정도였습니다. 매운 걸 못 드신다면 간장갈비찜을 주문하면 되겠습니다.

The rice is served in a wide bowl, and it was delicious to eat with galbijjim soup, bean sprouts, and seaweed powder.

밥은 넓은 대접에 담아주는데요, 갈비찜 국물을 넣고 콩나물, 김가루를 같이 비벼 먹으니 맛있었습니다.

You can eat sesame leaves wrapped in braised ribs, or you can eat it with radish wraps. When it's a little spicy, the cool bean sprout soup is pulled.

갈비찜 살코기에 깻잎을 싸먹어도 되고, 쌈무를 함께 먹어도 어울렸습니다. 조금 매울 때는 시원한 콩나물국이 당겼습니다.

Side dishes could be added on their own. Later, I added udon noodles and ate it, but it seemed to go well with rice.

반찬은 셀프로 추가할 수 있었습니다. 나중에는 우동 사리를 추가해서 먹었는데요, 궁합은 밥하고 좀 더 어울렸던 것 같습니다.
